I have ordered several dresses from this company and have never been disappointed. All my dresses have fitted perfectly and are stunning when I wear them. I get a whole lot of compliments. People want to know where I got my dresses. I ordered a pink dress and wore it to my niece wedding. Not only did I look amazing but the pink color was an eye-catcher. I highly recommend this company.
I found my wedding dress on UWDress but I wanted it in a different color. I got in touch with a few representatives and they always responded within 24 hours and were very helpful. After finding out that I could get the dress in just about any color, I ordered a few more swatches before I made my decision. When I ordered by dress, I followed their instructions to put my request in the comments. The dress shipped and arrived on time and it was beautiful! I also did custom measurements so I didn't have to tailor it at all. I recommend putting the measurements in cm. Don't do inches.

I purchased 15 dresses from UW Dress for my wedding in September 2017. They were very easy to work with, very helpful, and offered custom sizing due to the amount of dresses we ordered. Shipping was very fast considering they were made to order. We had maybe 4 of the 15 dresses that were ordered that required additional alterations. One thing to be mindful of is that one dress will probably cost about $20-$25 in shipping.
Above and beyond! They reached out to me after i ordered and offered to customize my dress and send express at no extra cost. Extremely helpful and clearly make customer service a priority. The dress is beautiful and fits like a glove! I have never been so impressed with any fashion company and will recommended for anyone of any shape or size!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is beyond outstanding!!! If you are hesitant like I was about purchasing a dress from an online source, I can assure you, it will be perfect! I ordered a custom made dress for my wedding and had complications with delivery through the US Post Office (which was in NO WAY any fault of UWDress) and they were going to make and ship another dress so my wedding wouldn't be ruined! The kindness they showed was unbelievable! There was more stress at my local big chain bridal store than working with UWDress!!! They have a customer for LIFE in us! Their craftsmanship is impeccable.

I am very happy with my dress. The colour is exactly what I ordered. I ordered the custom made dress, which I would highly recommend, as the fit of my dress is perfect. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a lot of padding in the bust area. In the style of dress that I have ordered, it is not a huge issue, though I don't think so much padding is necessary. I was also impressed by how quick my dress was made and delivered.
Just got my dress today and very happy with it! Sizing was right, material was good, fit is great. I'm happy to find a dress I can wear without a bra (I'm a 36D so that's hard to find). Quick shipping and receiving of dress.
I ordered a mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding for $79.99 plus $20 shipping. I received the dress and the bra in the dress was way high on my chest. When I inquired, I was told I ordered the wrong size when the dress fit perfectly except for the bra. I was told I could take it to a seamstress to have the bra removed but would need to pay for this. I decided to send the dress back. However I was told that they would deduct the the shipping cost it would have been of original price and I would be responsible for the return shipping as well. When I took the item to be shipped back it was going to cost over $75. I let Uwdress know of this price to return the dress and they offered to refund me $30 only and told sell the dress on eBay or somewhere to redeem rest of my money. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR RETURN POLICY!!!

Our dresse fit perfectly. The color is exactly as pictured and the dress is very well made. Be sure to go by measurements and not sizes and they will be great. Super nice to work with too.
I found the perfect dress on the UWDress site and was delighted to find the option for providing your own measurements. Sadly, the company decided to completely ignore these measurements and provide a dress that I cannot even get on. The hips measurement is a full six inches smaller than the one I provided. How they could get this so catastrophically wrong is beyond me. We even had a back and forth of emails checking that my measurements were correct before they went ahead and made it. On emailing them to explain the situation, I was first offered a replacement - at an additional $65! - then a refund of $25 if I didn't want to pay to return the dress. I have now managed to get an offer of a refund of the cost of the dress ($125), provided I return it to China from the UK, but not the shipping. I've been left with no dress and nearly £50 out of pocket. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The only reason I gave four and not five stars is because of my own issues with using web sites. As far as the dress and the experience I would recommend anyone to use this company. Make sure you customize your dress though. I spent over a hundred dollars on a dress that was too small only to have to order a new customized dress. I had to pay for the second dress but at a much lower cost and plan to sell the smaller dress at a consignment shop. So it was a learning experience. I love the way this company answers your questions very quickly. And the customized dress was sent very quickly. Thanks again uwdress.
Ladies, make sure you submit your correct measurements, do not use the size chart on the website, it's not for women in the USA. you'll be very pleased with your dress once it arrived, I was, however because my measurements was not correct I had to take my dress to a seamstress near my home to make some adjustments to the hip area and my dress was perfect and beautiful for my son wedding, They even made me a shawl to match the dress. I got so many compliments.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the color of the dress wasn't what I was expecting. The quality is exceptional and the dress is beautiful. However the color was supposed to be turquoise and it is more of a sky blue. I had the dress customized to my daughter's measurements and it fit perfectly. I will definitely be spending more money with this company!
Very effective and effective they handle with such grace and care it's hard to believe they are so far away I am most deff a happy customer because of them I ordered a wrong size dress and they got me a new dress in less then a week 😊😊😊
