I had to cancel my flight and they told…
I had to cancel my flight and they told me they were going to give me credit back, but the credit is only good for the exact flight with the exact airlines which is not correct. Credit is credit,it should be applied to whatever flight I want. they’re basically just trying to keep my money.

Make sure yoiu know which currency is being charged
I feel this company intentionally hid the fact they charge in USD. Booking from Canada from candian destination it should have been in CAD$ Only when you scroll to the bottom of the page it is in small print. My bank fraud detection alerted me to this. I'm looking for a full refund and cancellation of booking. UPDATE: Customer service cancelled the booking and refund went onto my card. I was very satisfied with their service and the outcome. Thanks

Great Customer interaction
The transaction was seamless and never had any issue at all. The agent, Mr. Sinbad has an excellent customer service. I was able to book effortlessly and he was able to cover all my questions about my pet dog who will be travelling with us. Great job Sinbad! Keep it up and you're so commendable!
