First I want to point out my agent was very patient and very nice, with that being said what could have been better was clear communication about the process and the fees. I had asked multiple times for upfront costs for seat fees and Baggage fees which seemed to get lost in translation. I found myself repeating the same info over and over again. What really got me annoyed was the added $1K from Vagamo to for booking the flight (never mentioned). Make sure you read carefully and re read your itinerary and the cost break down. So after back and forth I decided to book on my own via google flights which I saved myself money and purchased travel insurance all from big carriers. So I asked myself what did I just experience and the answer is disappointment with the lack of CLEAR communications of costs and truly finding the best price and options for our flights. Please do better next time because I like seeing all the reviews from the positive experiences, I just wish I was one of them.

Bloom is knowledgeable. She explained every detail of your services & their respective cost. She was patient and persistent. She patiently made a comparison of prices between agencies.
