Over 60 orders and $28,000 since 7-7-2025

I made my first order with Grayson July 7th, 2025 called to ask if it was legit he laughed and we’ve done business ever since. Over 60 orders and over $28,000 later still doing business. Don’t go anywhere else. I’ve rocked it with this man since day one and I can tell you he’s not just in it for the money. The man cares and is more than willing to help. Out of over 60 orders I had a problem with ONE and it was a simple error. Called him was fixed within 30 minutes. From Kentucky it takes 2 days to get there Monday through Wednesday if you send it out you will get your money by Friday. Every time a package gets delivered I’m always paid by 2pm at the latest. Excerpt for maybe one time and that’s because of ups. Also. Grayson has an amazing gentleman working for him named Rob. He is the one who unboxes your orders and gets everything ready for Grayson to pay you. He’s a damn good man as well and more than willing to help and they’re both kind good ol boys from North Carolina. That being said if ups says it’s been delivered give them more than 5 minutes to process and get you your money. As long as these gentlemen (and Grayson lovely girlfriend whose name I don’t know she helps pay you guys as well) are in business I won’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either. Also. I don’t care if I can get $50 more a piece for whatever from anyone else for sure I won’t go anywhere else because they’ve always done me right and always been there to help and do me right. Anyone that’s had a negative experience I suggest calling and talking to them CIVILLY and trying them again. I promise they will do you right. Thank you all again!

This is a great company

I was initially skeptical and thought it might be a scam, but I decided to give them a chance. I spent 26 minutes on the phone with a very helpful gentleman (whose name I unfortunately can't remember), and he patiently answered every single one of my questions. I sent in three products and received the exact amount they quoted. The turnaround time was excellent. I would definitely use their services again in the future! Highly recommend.

Very fast and effective service

Very fast and effective service. They always keep a open line of comunication every time. They make you feel like a valued customer. Only issues have been with shipping provider, never Value CGM.

Easy transaction!

My second transaction was a piece of cake! I was already familiar with Venmo, so my information was all correct. I didn't need anyone to walk me through the transaction, but Value CGM are so nice, they would walk a newbie through the transaction.

I had some extra CGM supplies I didn’t need anymore and decided to try Value CGM after reading a few reviews. The process on the website was pretty straightforward and they provided a prepaid shipping label right away. Once my package was delivered, the payment came through much faster than I expected. Communication was clear and the whole transaction felt simple and legit. Overall a really smooth experience and I’d use them again if I have extra supplies.
