Been still been waiting to get paid for my order they done had going on 4 weeks,constantly calling and sending emails still have no reply, told the owner I have kids goi6back to school and daughter starting college and bills and etc still no pay,just don't understand why I haven't been paid for my orders they been had just doesn't make any sense from a business perspective, can yall inform me wats going on since its not a money issue please and thanks,I need answers and my payments.
Late Payment
I have been selling to this company for about a year. Never had an issue. But, here’s the story: On 7/20/26, I sold them $1200 worth of medical equipment, shipped it same day, and it was delivered on 7/23/26. As of today, I have received no money. I have emailed them, texted them, and finally talked to them on the phone on 7/29. The guy I spoke with said they were having trouble with Zelle and asked if they could send payment another way. I said they could send it to my Venmo. As of today, 8/1/2026, I have not yet been paid. I guess I will have to file a lawsuit and state and federal complaints against this company to force payment. Maybe if your company is struggling financially, you shouldn’t keep buying product. Horrible experience. Edit: I have now been paid. However, to be fair, your advertisements and the email you send implies same day payment. I understand falling behind, but a week and a half with no communication when you ask for 2-5 business days is not okay.

This customer was informed that we were behind on payments. We have had a massive influx of new customers, and this is stated when the customers product is processed. The company is not struggling financially, and we are back to normal. When you have hundreds of packages that are delivered on a daily basis, there will be backup at some point. Value CGM is not responsible for any customers financial obligations which I am sure what this review is stemming from. This customer has been paid in full, as they have always been paid in full. We apologize for any delay and appreciate your business!

It was easy!
It was easy, fast, and hassle free. I had things I didn't need anymore and they took the CGMs off my hands. Their customer service was responsive when I made a clerical error. Just don't remove your labels yourself they have their own tool to do it! I would use again if the opportunity presented itself it truly was hassle free.
