I made an error on my order form and contacted Vaneli’s and it was immediately taken care of. The recipient of my order is a cousin who lives in Seattle. He does love coffee and told me that he enjoyed the Vaneli coffee that I sent! Now I know what to send him again in the future! As an aside, I always enjoy Vaneli coffee that is served at some restaurants.
Tried coffee at restaurant and asked what it was. Told it was Vanelis and tried it.
Awesome expresso beans and fast shipping!
Fast shipping! Hoping to recreate the Cafe Paradiso brown butter salted nitro latte with my whip cream canister…so far not there but I am determined!! It’s somewhat close!!
Found a tea my favorite shop stopped making. Thought I’d never find the herbal blend again.
It was simple to order, good delivery time, excellent product.
I’ve been doing business with Vaneli’s for many years.. they are always very helpful and efficient. My purchases are mailed to me and are at my door within a day or two of when I ordered them! And last but not least, the coffee is Amazing!!
Lightning-fast delivery (ordered Friday, arrived Saturday!) and excellent espresso beans—far better than over-roasted alternatives. Friendly service too. A top-notch experience!
Fast shipping! Delicious syrups!!!
I have been looking for this blend since the little local coffee changed hands and coffee roasters. Huge loss in my opinion. But I was thrilled to find it here and local!! Ordering was easy. Pick up was a breeze! And I’ll be back!!
Hello, I am emailing to review Vaneli and give consumers a helpful perspective. Vaneli was not helpful in resolving my complaint. We ordered syrups and pumps from the store but never received them. Vaneli did not help
Ordering easy, pickup easy and delicious coffee
I had some vaneli’s coffee at a local restaurant and it was sooo good i decided to order for home. It has not disappointed.
After discovering this local coffee roaster, I was "hooked"! They state the roasting days & delivery days or you can pick up at their roaster. They also sell all kinds of coffee devices & coffee supplies. Great professional locally all around great coffee company! Highly recommend! :-)
My order was caneled after I placed the order and now you want to ask me how good you are at canceling? Not fulfilling an order 5 stars! Actually fulfilling an order 0 stars! Great job at doing nothing guys!

We tried your coffee and it is absolutely delicious!! That’s why we had to order more, so glad we have that option!!
They had the coffee order to my door faster than Amazon. So I get to enjoy the best coffee in the world the very next day. Such great coffee.
