some flawours were exelent first time and nex time it is not that strong and the flawour was little weak i guess... but everything else was perfect and i am satisfied

I am generally satisfied with Vapsolo’s products – the quality itself is good and I have no complaints in that regard. However, I was very disappointed to find out that the “worry-free service” is not available in Slovakia. This is a major issue, because if a package gets lost or stolen, there is essentially no support or compensation provided. What makes it even more frustrating is that even if you have proof (such as photos or videos), it does not seem to make any difference. No matter how much money you spend on an order, you are left without a solution in these situations. I strongly believe that this limitation should be clearly communicated to customers in advance, as it significantly affects the purchasing decision.

I've tried to contact about a product with defect (email and whatsapp), only answer was like "Ok, here's how you can buy more!" The email included a video of proof and all, nobody replied.
