Dealing with Serena was a pleasure
Dealing with Serena was a pleasure. The communication was great and I knew along the whole journey where things were. The order was reasonably complex and I was asking for things a little out of the ordinary so well done to serena and her team.
Amazing
Amazing! Suen had been so helpful and responds to messages very quickly which I am very grateful for. I recently received my order of 200 magnets and was very pleased. They look really good and great quality. So pleased and about to order more. Thank you very much.
Wonderful service from Mia at Vast…
Wonderful service from Mia at Vast Gifts, and great product! Turnaround time and shipping was very quick. We are very satisfied with our custom coins and we got a great price. Thank you! I highly recommend this nice company.
Highly recommend Vast Gift!
We ordered keychains from Vast Gift on very short notice. I first contacted them on April 22nd and needed the items delivered to Australia by May 2nd. Mia responded quickly to all my questions, provided sample pictures as requested, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. She honestly mentioned that it was a very tight deadline, but still assured me that she would do her best. She even spoke with her boss to arrange a good discount for us, which we really appreciated. As promised, the order was shipped on April 27th, and I received the package in Australia by April 29th — even earlier than expected! I am very happy with the product quality. The materials used were excellent, and everything looked great. Special thanks to Mia, her boss, the production team, and the shipping team for making this happen smoothly. Highly recommend Vast Gift!

It's the best gadget production that I ever try! My university association will obviously remake metal pins with this e-commerce.
Very Happy customer
Started out a little skeptical as I was promised a perfect experience by Charles. Not had the best results in the past with other companies but I have to say it was 100% the best outcome I could have wished for. Every step was great and exactly as promised by Charles. Would highly recommend working with him. Will come back many times
