Beware, scam

Agents tell lies and deliberately given false hope to vulnerable people. I had 70+ agents who said I would be paid out after certain payments were made. All lies. My current agent deliberately misunderstands simple language such as, I don't have money for,, I refuse to pay. this is typical of the agents in veem. Giving fractions of information is typical and in so doing leads people astray by not being open and honest. They come across as honest and transparent but in reality they are disgusting. Over 6 years of waiting to be paid my profits from investing never again. If you want to make money, avoid Veem at all costs.

Matt was a lIfesaver

Matt was a lIfesaver. Came in for a few questions but Matt went out of his way to inform me of what I initially wanted to do could be done. It took more work but thats the commitment I value. truly safed me time and headaches.

Very easy process!!

Not the best experience

It was terrible, I dont know why but something in the last transaction didnt go well with the payer. Regardless, I wanted to keep the funds in the Veem account, but it was automatically transferred to my bank account, thought that I need to approve in order for it to be transferred.

So far, not great but not awful

So far, Veem is not terrible. My only complaints, for a platform that's core use is the sending and receiving of funds, there is A LOT of red tape and hurdles to accomplish before this happens. If you pay for premium, the support level is above average with communication and resolution but the process also for getting a virtual card is time consuming. Perhaps partnerships with new 3rd parties that manage these processes is needed. There are certainly more fluid products. Will keep using Veem, hope to see some improvements!

Veem closed my account for no reason

I am a U.S. citizen with a small LLC registered out of Nevada. My business is valid and I have a EIN. I registered with Veem and made an account and deposited $350. My drivers license expired a few weeks ago but I tried to KYC with it. At the time, I did not realize It was not accepted because every time I logged in it kept asking me to KYC again. I contacted support and eventually they told me KYC failed because of my expired drivers license. I then asked if I could use my passport but they instead simply closed my account. They wrote: “ Unfortunately, after reviewing the information you provided to Veem, we are unable to support payments for your business at this time. It’s not you, it’s us. Veem is governed by financial compliance relationships with international finance institution partners, some of which do not permit us to serve certain business types or payment scenarios.” My business primarily deals with wholesaling and E-commerce. Verifiable income streams but they didn’t even ask. I’m fairly certain my business qualifies but they probably just rejected me since my business is “too small”. Anyhow, about two weeks wasted, unable to conduct business due to lack of a virtual card. Anyhow, if you need virtual cards for your business, check out Privacy.com. Very high trust pilot rating and they approved me and my business and don’t give you all this spin on regulations. Just hoping Veem will refund my $350 in a timely manner.
