Ordered 07/14/26 for tracking on 07/17/2026 it’s now 08/08/26 and nothing tracking just shows pre shipment customer service keeps telling me to wait wait wait at this point it’s annoying and I just want a refund
They must be paying people for the good reviews on here, I emailed immediately to return my first order and they refused to refund me anything after probably 10 emails back & forth, I wasn’t a fan of any of the scents and they said I could get a 20% refund which is a joke, but even worse they never canceled my subscription and charged me again two months later and refused to stop the order even though it was un-shipped and the charge was still pending. The phone number for customer service was a dead-end generic voicemail that no one answered, and they wouldn’t cancel my subscription when I asked them to without jumping through a million hoops. I only selected the subscription so I’d get free shipping on the first order, and apparently they didn’t get the hint when I wanted to cancel/return my first order that I probably didn’t want to keep getting their crappy product every month. Probably the worst company and customer service I’ve ever experienced
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The package came very well preserved and my scents were wrapped very well to protect them during transportation. They scents themselves are very pretty and enjoyable. I had Chloe reach out to me after my package delivered to make sure everything was okay Chloe was a delight to talk to. I reall apriciation everything and cant wait to order again.
The scent lasted longer than the other product I used for the same reason. It paired nicely with one of my favorite perfumes.
If I could give a negative star I would! I ordered 2 bottles of venom scents. I received the bottles, wore both scents a couple of times, scent didn't last any longer than half an hour. emailed the company to let them know what they're saying and selling are 2 different things. They said they can't refund me due to it being a promotion. no other offer of anything else even after saying I am happy to send it back. Don't waste your money on this scam.
Delivering took a little long, its a small town to get parcels. Once i received the package safely, there was no damage whatsoever. Tried it once, my husband literally knew i had a NEW perfume. Kept asking me whats that nice smell, he couldn't stop hugging me & smelling my neck area. Oh my god, the original scent works great! True to they're words, definitely going to order a different scent. Thanks Chloe ☺️
I love the scent and the potency is the strongest I've ever had. You only need a little bit. Customer service is excellent. I wasn't aware of the subscription but a customer service representative named Chloe explained everything to me and even sent me a travel size of the black opium that I wanted to change my order to but it had already shipped so I can try it before next months order
One of the bottles had leaked out to where I was only half full and I’m still waiting on a replacement. Also, they don’t have quite the reaction that the advertising implies. I just got a yeah that’s nice response, nothing else.
I went for the Black Opium scent and it’s lush! I’m excited to try the other scents! Customer service was great! A woman named Chloe was very quick, friendly and professional when she responded to me when I had a query! I was actually shocked at how fast I had a response! Really lovely team!
I was dubious about this perfume. I wondered how it would work with different body scents. It is gorgeous. My sister pinched some as she also loves it. Will definitely get another

They are what I expected and they smell amazing. One did arrive a little broken but I talked to customer service and in one day it was taken care of.
I love the smell of the perfume but there are no pheromones in this perfume and after seeing the ads and testing it out in person, the pheromone and men running after every woman who wears this bit is strictly marketing there’s actually zero traces of pheromones in the perfume. Also, saying it only works for certain types of people is misleading when you’re claiming it works for everyone and it’s the number 1 perfume, which its isn’t, it’s a self bought title. Like I said, the smell is good but it doesn’t last for hours like described and overall, a huge marketing fail. I don’t think there’s any reason for me to purchase again considering it’s falsely advertised. I see through all of it. I will be no recommending this perfume to anyone due to the misleading and false advertising.
Love the smell it’s long lasting and and get compliments . I’ve only started using one bottle at the moment and it seems to have a problem with the spray button as it doesn’t always work and has started leaking. Hopefully when I start to use the 2nd bottle I won’t have the same problem.
