I’m having trouble verifying my account…
I’m having trouble verifying my account via phone. I contacted them, but their customer service is very bad. I emailed them from an Outlook email but got no response; I tried again using a Gmail account, and they replied and took my account details, but I haven't heard back since. I’ve tried various phone numbers, but none of them receive the verification code.
Edited:
I couldn't reply to you directly, so I am writing here. Yes, I know your site is based in the US and that I am a US citizen; I tried to register from my place of residence in my home country. The reason my Trustpilot account is UK-based is that I created it while I was in the UK. And yes, I tried contacting your customer service, but it was very poor and unhelpful—it didn't solve my problem.

Hi Ally,
We searched our inbox high and low for your messages but we can’t seem to find your request. We would absolutely love to help solve the issue and get you part of the Verasight community! Please reach out to [email protected] so we can assist you.
I used to do tons of surveys because I needed the cash. But they are really tedious so now I only do the easy - by which I mean - cleanly displayed and well-written ones and Verasight meets those standards.

You have given me so many surveys…
This is not a partner survey. These are verasight surveys. And there aren't any screener questions. I simply click on the survey and it gives me 50 points and doesn't even give me a chance to take it. This happens all the time. And I've been ripped off of so many of them. I think you owe me $20 at least

Hello John,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Partner surveys are survey experiences created by other companies and offered to the Verasight community members. Oftentimes, the partner surveys will have "screener" questions, which are used to see if an individual qualifies. Verasight still compensates participation in these surveys, but not the full amount if a person did not qualify.
Partner surveys are optional and will always be labeled as such, so feel free to only opt-in to Verasight surveys where we can better control the experience.
The surveys are worth the time, and even though you don't make much, you make something and that's all that matters. Highley recommended!

Great survey site!!
Verasight is one of my favorite survey sites that have interesting surveys without all the boring long drawn out questions like some. They pay well and you can make some extra cash on here.

Rylee is the best because they don't play with your money and I love what they are trying to do with the surveys. I'm going to keep doing this forever
They have a decent amount of surveys. The rewards are simple but pay well. I've only had a couple of issues and they were quick to help with and fix them. I have been with them for close to a year I think.
