Clients have had rave reviews for Verbatim Solutions. From sales sheets to website, from household products to sophisticated financial services. They've done work for us in French Canadian, Spanish and even Punjabi. Plus -- if you provide InDesign files, you can get back perfectly translated pieces ready to go. Great account team, too. Very satisfied.
I now we do not do volumes of work with Verbatim, sometimes my requests for translations come only as one phase per job. I can imagine how I might be considered a nuisance customer...but I certainly don't get that feeling. All my requests are treated with the same importance and urgency, whether it is a large document or only one sentence that requires translating. I feel spoiled with their prompt turnaround, like I am getting special attention. I certainly appreciate their customer service.
We just recently needed to translate some of our most popular closet door install guides into Spanish for one of our 'big box' distributors. We found Verbatim Solutions online and was impressed with all the great reviews. We had our files back in-house in no time making us look good. We plan to use them again and have recommended the service twice in the last two months. Well DONE Verbatim Solutions!
