Extremely frustrating and disappointing
This is way too much for someone applying as a guarantor with Panaromic. Every time I have to complete this application, I end up feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the entire process. There should be a clear distinction between the information required from a tenant and from a guarantor. I understand asking for basic details such as employment and income verification—that makes perfect sense. But why am I being asked for my children’s names, how I heard about Panaromic , my supervisor’s information, and other questions that have nothing to do with guaranteeing a lease? The application is unnecessarily repetitive and asks for excessive personal information that is completely irrelevant to a guarantor’s role. It’s an extremely frustrating experience and leaves a very negative impression of Panaromic.
