I had a very smooth experience working with Vertex. I had never participated in these sessions before so I was a little skeptical at first but Ali was really helpful and transparent throughout the process. I’m looking forward to collaborating again soon

Expert Consultation

I completed two consultation sessions, and both went smoothly and were a great experience. The payment was made on time, and the entire process was simple, professional, and straightforward.

They issued payment eventually

While I was happy to help with the study, it took over the promised 45 days for compensation to be issued and required that I followed up multiple times to inquire regarding the payment status. I would be wary of participating in any additional studies with this company because of the delay in payment.

I had a great experience with Vertex…

I had a great experience with Vertex and Jawad Gul worked extremely professionally. The consultation session was also very smooth and very relevant for my expertise. I would highly recommend Vertex. Thank you, for the opportunity. Respectfully, Dr. Dareen

Great experience supporting a research on AI, Cloud & GPU Infrastructure

The overall experience was great! I was delighted to participate and I'm keen to keep the contact and to support further researches

Seamless and transparent research collaboration

I was approached for a research project, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear, seamless, and transparent.

Great experience

Overall, it was a great experience, as the payment was accepted in a similar way to a credit card. However, I faced some challenges. Foe example, some online platforms based in Japan did not accept Vertex. Also, I could not fully use the total amount because a small remaining balance of less than five dollars was left. If these challenges are addressed, Vertex could be a more beneficial payment merhod.

I recently took part in a survey with Vertex Expert Network

I recently took part in a survey with Vertex. The team was professional throughout, and their communication was prompt and clear at every stage. What stood out most was the quality of the conversation with the person conducting the survey. It felt like a real dialogue rather than a box-ticking exercise, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying it. I'd happily work with Vertex again.

Clear and Smooth Process

Clear instructions on the whole process. Open dialogue following for reward procedure. Will work with Vertex again on other opportunities.
