It has been 14 days since I submitted a withdrawal request, yet I have received no explanation or email. They keep claiming that it is "under review"—this company is unprofessional and is simply stalling. I intend to file a complaint with their licensing authority, and if necessary, I will report them everywhere, including to the police. I have run out of other options. They do not respond to messages or emails; they just keep me waiting. They only replied to the very first message I sent here—this is my fourth message—and they haven’t responded to anything else. They should be ashamed.
They still haven't gotten back to me in the slightest; they are unprofessional. They say they'll contact me but never do. I have no choice left but to file a complaint with the licensing authority and the police.
It has been a week since I submitted my withdrawal request, yet there is still no response; I will delete the negative reviews the moment they deposit my money, but so far, they haven't gotten back to me at all. I am posting this here to compel them to respond; I am waiting for the funds to arrive and for the inquiry to conclude—it is hard to understand why it hasn't been resolved by now.
I submitted a withdrawal request for $2,900; they said it would normally be completed in one day, but it has been three days now. There has been absolutely no response to my emails—nothing at all. They are just stalling; do not trust this company or deposit your money with them. They don't care; they keep saying the same things and eventually stop responding altogether.
