The young lady who assisted through the process was an absolute gem! I truly regret not being able to remember her name, but you guys should review her stellar work and at the very least give a generous bonus! She was very knowledgeable and articulated the intricacies of the legal and financial aspects of your firm’s business in such a way that made me feel “seen” and that my situation on the only thing that mattered. Thomas Auerbach made it an excellent experience. He went above and beyond for me. He explained the program thoroughly and empathetically listened to me.

After filling out a form at veterandebtassistance.org I got an email from a debt relief company within a minute. I called the number from the email and was forwarded to an individual who walked me through the step by step process of getting out of debt within 55 months without filing bankruptcy. The entire process of determining what debt to consolidate, setting up a payment plan and account to address that debt and a timeline to be free of said debt in one phone call. The best part was the person on the end was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of the product being offered to help me. I was assured that he would avail himself to me for any questions or concerns I had along the way. I recommend VDA to anyone wanting to get control of their finances.
