Bought what was supposed to be a new pool cover. Sent me used, returned, beaten up cover in thrashed cardboard poorly resealed box. Asked for new one and return of this crap. Giving me runaround, playing email tag and repeating emails. DO NOT BUY FROM VEVOR! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Things I have purchased are way way nicer in person and the quality is great from the tools I bought to the 3 step dock steps for the lake. They actually used the same size nuts and bolts 🔩 that made it easy and faster to put together. The quality was better then the $1000 ones I replaced for $200 totally surprised! I will 💯 be a lifelong customer. This is not cheap stuff just the prices are so dont let that fool you! Happy shopping! Also always fast on time delivery!

Great items for decent prices and stuff comes with all the extra attachments to it. One of my ok last orders was 12v air pump. Now I can't find enough flat tires to use it on. Its great my tire issue don't slow me down much now I can get things done faster.

AC went out and needs a new motor

AC went out and needs a new motor, found it with good reviews on the site but shipping has been horrible. It has gone from New Jersey to northern Illinois to Missouri back to northern Illinois in a week. Still no idea when it will be arriving and the next heat wave starts tomorrow. Maybe they should evaluate their shipping partners, I’d be willing to pay more to have it quicker and at this rate the postal service would have it to me by now.

Horrible Customer Service and Returns Process

I ordered an item and before it arrived it was advertised at 20% lower on the same site. It's been DAYS "working" with their customer service to get the price match. They are horribly inefficient and do not follow up on their promises. They have no idea how long the "process" will take but assigned an entire phantom "team" to assist. Two days, no price match, no communication. So, I've initiated a return. Now I'm in another queue, waiting for another "team" to help with that. Good Lord!

so i brought a cigar humidor from vevor on July 22nd 2026 and less than 30 days i had issues with this product, i contact VEVOR to report this issue, keep in mind i also purchase the 3yr extended warranty, they continue for over a week telling me that someone will reach out to me in reguards of this matter, they dont have a number to talk to someone, the only communication you have with vevor is through email and im not sure if its a live person that you are talking to, fast forward to yesterday 8/8/2026 i get a respond back saying they will give me a $150 dollars in return and to keep the product, i want a full refund or a replacement, this company is a scam and they dont honor its 30 days money back policy, if i have to seek an attorney i will, so what im suppose to do just take $150 and say okay, what about the warranty i paid for, im still losing in this situation, also if i have to contact the news station to get involve in this matter i will because i dont want anybody else to experience this ugly situation, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you have been warned
