Handy for composting

This is a great product and doesn’t take up much space, but has a decent capacity and I like that there are 2 compartments. It was a bit of a puzzle to put together and the instructions were not always clearly written, but figured it out.

Terrible customer service

My boyfriend ordered me a lawn sweeper that came missing two small parts that cannot be bought at a hardware store.. We have called them three times they open a ticket, say they will get back in a couple days.They never do.. They send you an email saying the ticket is closed.. Their customer service is really bad.. And if your package comes missing parts, you're in deep trouble.. I would stay away from this company at least in the pull behind lawn sweeping department..

Poor instructions!!

We ordered the FG-23 model. Nowhere in your instructions does it state what size drill bit you should use. My husband now has to make a second trip back to the home improvement store for a half inch drill bit. He tried 3/8 and it was not big enough. Your instructions could use some improvement!! The instructions state not to install when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs (lol) but yet you don't tell the person what size drill bit to use to install the rail safely. Two trips to store, unneeded!!

Horrible Customer Service and Return Process

I ordered an item and before it arrived it was advertised at 20% lower on the same site. It's been DAYS "working" with their customer service to get the price match. They are horribly inefficient and do not follow up on their promises. They have no idea how long the "process" will take but assigned an entire phantom "team" to assist. Two days, no price match, no communication. So, I've initiated a return. Now I'm in another queue, waiting for another "team" to help with that. Good Lord!
