I’ve been using Vine disposal for a while now on my projects, and they have the best customer service. They drop off the dumpsters as soon as possible and pick them up when they say. They’re very communicative overall.

They cheat on pricing and billing, they over charge the container, I gave them several chances, but they have terrible customer service, no communication and they overcharge . Never use them , very bad experience

Just to clarify, we don’t “overcharge.” Any additional fees are based on specific things like going over the weight limit, putting restricted items in the dumpster, keeping it longer than the rental period, etc... These are all laid out clearly in the agreement. We always try to work with customers to resolve issues, and our management team is available if something needs extra attention. Dropped off dumpster as requested. They contacted me early before coming out. The dumpster door chain got caught under the wheel and we couldn’t open the door. I contacted the company, called twice and were told they were waiting on dispatch to call back. I never heard back. Finally, I used a car jack and pulled out the chain. I wish they returned my call and offered me a solution. 16 days later, I called to have the dumpster picked up. They confirmed and picked up as promised. Other than not returning my call, everything was good.

Between poor commination, lack of response from management and being over charged with no explanation I would not recommend using this company.
Terrible customer service. I called and ordered 2- 30 yard containers. Before filling out their paperwork and paying I asked for confirmation that both containers could be delivered that day. One was delivered and we waited around for the 2nd one. After 2 calls to the office I was told that the second container would have to be delivered the next day. I said that was fine. I then asked if they could pick up the first one when they brought the second one and the lady said she would call me back with confirmation. I never received. Next day I called to see if they could give me a time for delivery. Again, I was told they would call dispatch and call me back. 2 hours later I still had not heard anything so I called again and asked again when the container was going to come. I was told again that they would call me back in 10 minutes and let me know. 2 more hours later I call again and ask when the container was coming. This time they said that all drivers had left for the day. Each time I called up there to talk to someone nobody seemed to know what they were doing or have a clue as to what was going on.
Third time using Vines Disposal! 1. Excellent application process with confirmations and timely updates regarding dumpster delivery. Customer service was very knowledgable and clarified the most appropriate type of dumpster to serve my purpose. 2. Prompt confirmation response clarifying information for dumpster pick up. 3. Dumpster pick up was done by Johnny who was very personable and professional. Exceptional customer service!
This company has very poor management. I rented a dumpster and called for the dumpster to be picked up. The company came a picked up the dumpster 5 days later and charged ridiculous fees for that. It appears they intentionally abandon thier dumpsters in order to charge their customers more more fees, This is illegal business practice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.
Vine Disposal embraces poor business practices! My experience with Vine Disposal started when I called for a quote and reluctantly gave my e-mail address and business info to them for a quote. shortly after, I started receiving daily Docusign contract agreements. This got very frustrating as they failed to stop it, until I started sending all the trash from my e-mail account directly to the sales rep. daily. I eventually decided to try them because they serviced inside the Atlanta perimeter for concrete recycling. Per container billing ($375) was billed with each load hauled as planned, but two weeks later my card was hit with huge penalties, over weight and contaminated concrete charges. They would not send me proof of weight tickets and charges they say the recycler charged them. All totaled, they charged me an average of $950 per 12yd container. This is ABSURD!!!
Your company charged me multiple duplicate charges.and never gave me credit back. Bad customer service and no one knows what the other person doing
This company is absolutely garbage- no pun intended. I ordered a dumpster, the confirmation address on the email was incorrect. So, I called to verify and sent an email with the correct address (the paperwork I submitted had the correct address). They texted the morning of drop off and still had the wrong address so I called and the lady was rude and said the driver was aware of the correct address and it was a mishap. Dumpster was still not delivered so we called again.. she said it was delivered already as we stood in the driveway looking at the non-delivered dumpster. So they scheduled a re-delivery. The driver called and apparently where the dumpster was delivered is a non existing address and there is no dumpster to be found. Total scam business. I’m no Karen but they should be reported to the BBB.
It appears I am not in there delivery area but when I called initially they said I was, then I filled out a contract and send it in then on the day of they decide they don't service my area this company sucks
The delivery and swapping of dumpster was not done on the same day. I was informed it would be delivered the next morning. It is past 10 am and no dumpster has been delivered.
Company required signed contract and they did not uphold their delivery of service. Money was taken, no dumpster delivered as stated on site about assurance of services. DO NOT trust this company!
They always answer the phone and give great service. They have several options regarding types of dumpsters and, most importantly, they always drop off and pick up when they say they will.
