This was my first purchase and it has been an exceptional experience. The original bag I purchased was unfortunately on back order. Eric reached out right away to inform me and let me know my options…This was not the first time something I ordered was on back order but this was the first time that someone reached out to me before I inquired about the delay. I quickly went to my second choice and decided to add another bag. The bags were shipped fast and tracking information was provided on numerous occasions. I will admit it, this seemed too good to be true. But these people are amazing. The products are stunning. I’d rather spend money on going out to dinner rather than pay retail prices, but this allows me to do both. The craftsmanship is wonderful. So far I have gotten purses, belts and shoes and I could not ask for anything better. Now, the customer service is literally the best I’ve ever had with shopping online.
