Like everyone else I was skeptical to purchase from here. My order was apparently sent back to the sender and I never received it. Thinking I had been scammed I contacted the company who had a service advisor ( Azure) reach out to me. Azure assured me that the item being sent back was an unforeseen mishap and reshaped my item and provided tracking. She kept in touch with me thru text almost daily to make sure I was updated and at ease. My item arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and at how their customer service is. Azure has since become like a personal shopping assistant to me and I have since purchased 2 more items from them. I give them 5 stars and I am a happy repeat customer

Eric helped me find some beautiful things and follows up with me the whole from pre purchase after purchase and even made sure my gifts got to me in time so I oiled use them for my trip . He is incredible made sure I was happy with the things I bought . You do not find that find that kind of service anymore . 5 star ⭐️ for the products and mostly for Eric .

I just bought my third bag after purchasing two Chanel bags from this company 16 months ago, along with a Chanel belt. The quality is unbelievable. One of the bags I have carried every day and it still looks brand new. I don’t dare order from any other company after a previous terrible experience. The purse I received is very high quality and the leather is very soft. I absolutely love it! The shipping was fast, and although FedEx had problems finding my home, Eric helped to correct the situation. I will do business again with him.
