Our officiant was a bit late, but she did come through. She was absolutely amazing and we loved how fast the service was. We got exactly what we wanted.

The steps were pretty easy to follow but the repeat emails after we got married we unbelievable we had to block them to get the repeat “get married with us” emails to stop.

I think its fair to say at 73 I'm not the best at any virtual or digital communication. We missed our first marriage ceremony due to Utah County not being able to process my payment. After several emails to them and a week later it turned out the problem was I don't have a zip code for my card as I live outside US. Eventually they sent me a code to bypass that. VR, as the marriage agents should be aware of this and pass this information on to customers. A small criticism of VR is there seems to be many people sending emails and I didn't have one point of contact. On the rescheduled day everything went smoothly and the Zoom set up worked well. Another confusion is VR say Apostilles are $60 but I was charged $30, again have I ordered the right item?

Please note that VirtualMarriage and Utah County are separate entities, and we do not have direct control over their payment processing systems or internal policies. However, our team did reach out to the County on your behalf to assist in resolving the issue as far as our access allowed. Regarding your question about the fees, we only offer a name change kit in that price range. We would appreciate it if you could clarify which charge you are referring to so we can investigate this further for you.
