Scam Alert -Website ",Virtuean" that. Sells a" bug zapper," Scam Alert"

Website ",Virtuean" that I ordered some type of " bug zapper," but it appears that they never sent my order, and tracking shows the package being stuck in Monchengladbach, DE, which appears to be someplace in Europe since July 20,2026. .I have no way to contact them because I can't find the website. When I ask for a refund all I get is the shipping company who tell me they can offer a refund because the item was already shipped me. SCAM ALERT

Shipping took a LONG time. There should be full disclosure when coming from another company Quality is fine. The suit does not look like what I ordered
