Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3, as after posting this review the company did reach out taking accountability for the quality of service, addressing the issue and provided a refund. I do really appreciate that and it shows signs of being a more ethically run company. Original: As many other reviewers have mentioned, this company is really more of a scam targeting an already vulnerable (not to mention protected) population (ADHD). They do not have clear or proactive communication about renewing their plans - I received an email notification without any information about my subscription (length, price, nothing) - no invoice or notification prior to being billed notifying me that it was about to occur. Yes my fault for trying the tool, not finding value, then totally forgetting / not realizing I had an auto-renew plan. But also, completely unethical business practices on their end as well. Like every other company out there, you know (and they admitted to me in subsequent support emails) they track user data, so they can see if you have or have not used the product. Despite asking politely for a refund multiple times (and with backing evidence of the lack of actual use + links to their "high quality product and money-back guarantee"), they refused. Clearly their product is NOT effective at doing what it claims to do, they are NOT committed to providing an actual quality product or customer experience, and they have to rely on "gym memberships" - charging people who don't actually use the product - in order to make money. Don't waste your time or money with this. It's a marketing sham. You're better off working with actual professionals. Don't be like me and make the mistake of using this product. Save yourself.

This is an entirely worthless programme. More than that, they will continue to charge you - they charged me for 3 years even though I clearly paid for a ‘one time’ use, as listed on the original invoice. It’s a scam, that’s what they are really trying to do. Read all the positive reviews, they’re basically the same. Even the reviews are fake.

The app was not useful for me at all. I tried cancelling it through hello @virtuemap.com, but my emails didn't reach the recipient. I assume the email inbox is cancelled. There is no other way to cancel the subscription. I wrote to them on instagram too. You cannot contact them through Facebook or Youtube. Please cancel my subscription, provide me with a valid email address, and give me a refund.

If you searched and found out VirtueMap, you are already in a difficult emotional state. just like how I am. * This company exploits your state and sells you an abomination of a service that would be of no use to anyone. * You'd see during the sign up process that they are trying to upsell to many different non-sense offers with exploding timelines - next 15 mins, 7 days etc. This is a huge red flag already. I ignored this one and signed up for a 7 day plan for ~10.00 USD. * They absolutely do not communicate how much they are charged or what did you sign up for. All you receive is a generic welcome message. * There is no way to manage your subscription anywhere in their service. Once you are sold their service, they don't recognise you. Just like used car salespeople. There PWA is a standalone application that knows nothing about your subscriptions * I made sure that I did not sign up for anything extra since I didn't like the smell of the customer journey. On the 7th day I get a surprise charge of 49.99 on my card but there is no information from VirtueMap what it was about or why did they charge me. * I did not agree to store my card details in the first place. Ho I know? I never do that on any service. I had to abandon my card to block these con artists from charging me again. Now fighting for a refund. Long story short, it is a pointless service that somehow managed to climb up in the search results. What they have is a great search engine optimisation. They just want their money and gives you a useless app that looks like some teenagers put it together.

It is a scam service. I signed up with their $1 offer but was charged $9.70 and then after a week i was charged $49.99. It was never made clear i would be entered into a subscription and when i tried to speak with customer service to get a refund they would avoid answering my specific questions and tried to fob me off with a 30% refund. There is no where in the app or on the website where you can cancel an account yourself.
