NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
I need to submit another document, but it will not upload. I tried calling, told the wait time was over ten minutes, which isn’t really helpful. I asked for a call back, it took over an hour to receive it, the call came in at 2:18. When I complained that I was not able to upload, they made suggestions that I don’t really understand how to do, I am a senior citizen. When I asked for a refund, Dylan said it was non refundable and hung up on me
