It was pretty easy just make sure you have everything typed in right away because they will make you type it again if you miss something all of it you'll have to type it over

The option to expedite to 6 hours for documentation needs ASAP. Allowing us to move forward promptly with school enrollment. Still unsure as to how I will receive birth certificate.. if we receive certificate within 7 days or less I will be happy with offered expedited process and charge.

When i went to check out it gave me a total and some options and the price was $84.00 but then it says the State Fees are not included. That is confusing to me. Your application is simple to complete but not understanding the total amount and then says state fees not included. Very Confusing on website. Pam Ruby

I requested a copy of my daughters birth certificate. She had to leave her old home and is living with me till we can get her settled. She's handicapped and can't get her own place without her birth certificate. She will be living on Medicare Disability and needs subsidized housing nor can she get her car licenses and registered in a new state. I started the process in January, and supplied all the copies they requested, having to get help with the computer from my other daughter. You kept, over and over, requesting a front copy of MY driver's license. I kept sending one till I gave up. I ended up asking for a refund, and was told it had to be requested within a couple weeks of having paid! Contacted the state vital records, and finally received it, with no problem. I think we got it in June, but your company is still sending me requests for the same photo! I asked to cancel order but I am still getting the same request! In August! Please Cancel!!
