Here was a mix-up in the delivery trucks, however I was imeadiatly reimbursed for the additional expenses incurred. The units were in top shape as described. Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. Delivery was good. However the container was in far worse condition than the average WWT container.

Unfortunately, our main truck broke down during another delivery, which delayed repairs and impacted your order. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when waiting for an important delivery. Regarding delivery costs, we calculate our rates based on a minimum distance of 50 miles. If our rates seem high, we always offer the option to pick up your container for free from our yard. We appreciate your patience, and we’re glad to hear your container has now been delivered.

After 8 days after expected delivery…
After 8 days after expected delivery date, I have not received container today 6/27/2024 . It is a scam ! Pls refund ! finally delivered on 7/2/2024. so I change rate from one star to 3 star. it seems delivery was the problem.

Good day, We have communicated daily with you and kept you posted about your delivery schedule. There were issues with the Oakland port and protests there which resulted in a delay. We have completed thousands of deliveries and calling us scammers is very impolite.
40' container
I got exactly what I ordered and it was as advertised. Small problem with delivery but nobody's fault.
Delivery Issues
The container is as expected. Delivery was not. Before purchasing, I was told there would be no problem scheduling delivery. After purchasing, I was told my delivery request was not possible. My second request was, so I left work and drove 2 hours to be there for delivery. As I got to my property, the logistics company called me and said the container was STILL IN CANADA and wouldn’t be delivered for over 5 hours. I had to get back to work, so I left specific instructions on where to put the container (sent pictures and spoke to logistics person). I was told container was delivered later that night. When I was able to return, I could see the container was not place as I had instructed. I am now unable to move the container. Disappointed the delivery was not at the time promised, that I wasn’t able to be there due to the late arrival, and that the placement was not as I had requested. The container was cheaper than others out there; now I'll need to spend the money I saved to get someone to move it! That being said, I'm happy to have you help me arrange for someone to move the container if there's any interest in improving my experience.

Good day, You placed an order with us on May 7th with the specific instructions to deliver the container on Friday (May 10th) or Monday (May 12th) afternoon. We delivered the container to you on Monday (May 12th) within 3 business days after placing the order. We instructed you before the delivery that we would reach out 1-2 hours before the actual delivery. Since you were unable to be present on site at the moment of delivery we offered to deliver it by ourselves at your nominated place. We delivered the container in a PERFECT CONDITION, for the CHEAPEST PRICE in the market WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. I am sorry that we are not good enough for you.
