The best product: Viva Natural Coconut Oil

I really like this Viva Natural Coconut oil: bright white and beautiful texture. The see-through jar is another plus. I like it better than Nutiva Organic, Unrefined, Virgin Coconut Oil. The service is outstanding. I bought the product through Amazon, but the Viva company stands behind its product. Thank you so much for offering such a great quality product!

A Krill oil that meets expectations

Unlike other krill oil pills I have tried, this one does not taste terrible when taking and I have not had an after taste. I do not feel any different, but this with two basic changes have lowered my cholesterol. Years ago when first taking, I researched, and this brand met the criteria for what was needed to be one of the best. Pills are no longer messy like years past. Clean and neat capsules carefully cushioned in cotton and bubble wrap for shipping. Product is expensive so I only purchase during a promotion.

I initially gave rating of 2 stars based on my two issues but received an email from customer rep Katrina the very next day offering me solutions for both of my issues. This was the quickest ever response and solutions I have ever received from a business. The email she sent to me was polite, professional and to the point. Katrina solved my issues to my satisfaction in just two days. It is a good feeling knowing that as a customer, I can purchase products from Viva Naturals with confidence knowing that the company stands by their product and have the best qualified personnel to make things right if ever there is any issues. Very slow shipping process & no proper updates

it's take 12 days in shipping & still i received only one item of my order still waiting for otherone. When called the company & ask regarding order not receiving satisfactory answer only update is it's onthe way. very disappointed with service.
