It shows me a broader view than what a single agency has to offer. I can see all states, all facilities and agencies that can get me the offer. I also like that they have VIP for nurses that return to Vivian and give bonuses accordingly.
There are multiple positions and companies— you can literally customize both (benefits, shift, unit, etc) to truly fit what you are looking for. I created my Vivian 8/22 and by 8/27 had a job offer and acceptance to a hospital I am very excited to start it. My recruiter and company are great as well
