In fact, I think the labs have gotten better! However the courses I have looked at didnt go in a whole lot of depth. When it was ITProtv it had a lot more depth to the courses. They would make a good last minute review but to actually study to PASS a cert exam...no you would need other study materials.
I have really enjoyed the labs to start off. However, I expected more from the 1201 videos. I kind of feel like I am in a boring class. Being more active or doing a screen sharing with examples would be more beneficial.

ACI Learning has been brilliant for building my IT knowledge. The instructors explain things clearly, the labs are easy to follow, and the courses actually prepare you for real exams and real‑world work. The platform is smooth, the content is up‑to‑date, and the teaching style keeps you engaged. Easily one of the best training providers I’ve used.
With not having money and this site no longer have free access 😭 making hard to work on studying
I don’t even want to get into the fact that prices were raised without following legal procedures or providing notice. My sole concern was to receive a legally valid invoice for tax purposes. The invoice I received had a fictitious address that doesn’t even exist in Germany. I asked them to change the address to my real one; we’re talking about an invoice for over $400. The customer service representative thanked me, stated that his team couldn’t correct the invoice, and ended the chat. Speechless.... if anyone gives ACI Learning more than one star, try to get an incoice before doing so. And if you pay that sum of money without getting an invoice... be happy.
All of the content is years old and useless when it comes to preparing for a test. Don't waste your time like I did.

Very difficult to get help. Inability to cancel subscription you have to contact ACI team and it is very difficult to get in touch with them.

The actual hosts and slides with drawings makes the topic very easy to understand and gain knowledge
Bills you money when you opted out a year ago, and not small amounts. The lessons are average and barely surfacing most topics. Would not recommend that service to anyone, especially given the price and their commercial practices.
Renewed my subscription at $579 each time without my consent, and despite me having auto-renewal turned off. Strongly recommend considering alternative learning platforms.
So far I started on my A+ classes and the videos and practice tests have been excellent.
i had a minor problem renewing my subscription, this was made simple. The programming is excelent, I have had a connection since 2016 for my training need with ITPROtv now ACILearning. thank you
ACI Learning's web site has been broken in one way or other since October 2025. We had a Pro license for a Team. The licenses and portals have been broken, assignments, courses, and functionality have been impacted for months. All of our team learning data was lost in the ACI learning updates. Our account person no longer works for them. Who updates their web site without maintaining the data in the upgrade? ACI Learning
