What people say

Content is good with experienced…

Content is good with experienced educators. I will need to give the recent website UI changes a try. The next issue to resolve with be updating the Android and iOS apps as they tend to crash and have Chromecasting issues. An AI q&a section at the bottom of each video and topic time stamping would be nice, combined with a more active/promoted discussion forum.

Don't use if you want actual help...

Does it have a wide variety of content for different pruposes? Yes. Does it actually work or do they actually support when things go wrong? Absolutely not. I have been unable to access the practice exams for about a week now. It took me spamming the support email for a day to get any kind of response and then its just the help desk flunky saying "We're on it". I even provided all the diagnostics I could with the browser logs, results and such, even a full recounting of all the typical BS the helpdesk flunkies tell you to do to distract you from the fact that they aren't actually working your issue. I doubt they have even looked at what I sent to be honest because then they would see what the problem was. At this point I am demanding a refund since the only part of the service I need from them IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND NO HELP IS BEING GIVEN.

Customer service is terrible.

I’ve been trying to cancel my account for a while now. When ACI Learning took over ITProTV, the price went up significantly. They transitioned existing customers over to the new platform, but didn’t properly transition their accounts. I’ve reached out to ACI Learning to cancel my account, but they’ve ignored my inquiries. Pretty crappy customer service.

Quality control issues

Severe audio mic issues especially anthony sequiera on multiple courses. In many cases the volume and bass dofference between host and presenter are radically different. Quality of technical content has dropped severely from what itprotv produced. Too much focus on big screen tv slides and not enough on actual technical demonstrations. New Hosts seem to have little to no technical knowledge and many times talk too fast or seem to rush the SME who is there to train the viewer to become an expert in the area. Almost seems like the aim has been dumbed down to general knowledge rather than technical expertise training

Knowledge Management Officer

My experience using the ACI Learning digital learning platform has been extremely positive and professionally rewarding. The platform delivers training with exceptional depth and real-world context, which significantly strengthened my understanding of complex IT and cybersecurity concepts. The structured learning paths and instructor-led content were especially effective in preparing me for multiple CompTIA certifications, from A+ through Security+, and beyond. ACI Learning’s approach bridges theory and practical application, making it an outstanding resource for both foundational knowledge and advanced skill development.

Poor and outdated teaching methods

Main thing is the teaching method. Same as most poorly managed schools. Just state the info and memorize. No real application or deeper learning. Im am a slow learner but I dont see this any different than studying on my own from other free sources. Only lasted 2 weeks and day after day it was just a torrent of information to memorize. The other types of resources they had were cheap as well. Virtual labs lagged, ran poorly and very minimal. Everything esle was just a video. So again I ask how this was more beneficial than studying from free sources? Staff was friendly at least.
