Left speaker stopped working after 3 weeks. I have been trying to get the issue resolved but vocalskull.com has repeatedly not responded. After giving them all the information requested, they refuse to respond. They do not have a quality product and their customer service is even worse.
They have not replied on my request to return the glasses.
