Those are non-premium checks that look like anyone can make them with Canva but worse. This was advertised as premium check service to resemble a check you would order from a bank or at least close. It is unusable (even for a voided check purpose) Very unprofessional

Because it's advertised as "free" but it most certainly is not free. The $30 charge was a bit high and TBH I wouldn't have done it had I not been in a pinch. But I'm guessing that is what your business relies on. I am not a fan of full transparency upfront.
