I ordered a part on a sun evening and realized the next morning at about 6:00am I realized that it would not work on my machine and wrote them to cancel and they refused and gave me the runaround for over a week Untill I caused them so much discomfort that they reimbursed me for the part. From my experience with them and the reviews that I am reading they have to be writing them themselves.
I paid for next day delivery and won't get it for 3 more days. They refused to refund me for the next day shipping. Don't choose next day if you buy from this company.

Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We’re glad to hear that ordering with us was quick and easy. We understand that shipping costs can be a hassle—boards require extra care and specific packaging to make sure they arrive safely, which can push costs up. That said, we're always looking for ways to offer better rate options. If you ever have questions about your order, feel free to reach out to our Support Team at [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback and hope you love the board! — Voomi Supply Team
Great experience. Easy to navigate. Fair price
you were the only one that had what I was looking for. site was easy to navigate.
Easy part lookup. Existing aeration unit is failing. Shipping appears to be fast.
Easy to find the part that I needed for a customer. The price was great and shipping very reasonable.
We shall see what the product looks like when I receive it. 3 stars for now due to ease of parts search and checkout. The photo is of a, 112-975XL3U but it is listed as a, 112-975XL3. Until I physically have this unit in my hand, I’ll update my review upon delivery.
Hi there, Thank you for the review! Glad to hear finding your parts and completing checkout was easy. We appreciate you pointing out the visual discrepancy between the image and the product listing. We stand behind our order accuracy, but if you notice any issues when the package arrives, please reach out to our Support Team right away at [email protected].
