The radio code for Seat RNS315 was a good deal, took like 16 hours.

Ordered my code got the receipt right away but never received my radio code. Send a bunch of email with no response back. What a bunch of cowards stealing 22 dollars from people.
No working code and no refund after 2 weeks of waiting
I purchased a code and did not receive it within two hours as the website promised. In fact I did not receive a code at all. I emailed the retailer the next day to request a refund. A day later the retailer replied and promised a full refund. 10 days later still no received a refund but retailer sent me an email containing a code. This turned out to be the incorrect code for my radio. 14 days later still no refund and and I do not have the correct code from my radio.
Avoid if you can
Code took 5 days to come through, not 2 hours. Company also never responded to my emails to enquire why it was taking so long. Not a great experience overall, probably easier and worth the extra cost to just go to the VW dealership...

Quick delivery even outside working hours
I made a mistake choosing the service needed(chose VW radio instead of VW navigation) but they refunded me immediately. Paid for the correct one and got the code in ~20 minutes outside their working hours. Very pleased with the service, well worth 23€ it coated for me.

Was browsing around awhile for a website or eBay sellers that claims to give you the code and stumbled upon this website. At first I was hesitant but thought I might aswell give it a shot. After paying I got the code within 30 minutes on a Saturday outside of their business hours. I really recommend this the code works and it was quick for me. Saved a lot of time and money.

I had a disappointing experience. I purchased a code for my radio, entered it correctly, and had the device properly connected, but the code didn’t work. I contacted support and provided a video showing the serial number and the full code entry process. I also requested a full refund. So far, I haven’t received a proper response. I expect the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.

I was not expecting to get a result within a couple hours on a Saturday. I got an email response instantly upon ordering to confirm the serial number. Then the pin code followed not long after and the RCD 510 is working perfectly. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. I'm in the UK and payment worked out at only £12.64. Great customer service and a bargain too.

Honestly, this felt like a scam, and as I have personally found, there are many of them out there. I'm in the states (Iowa) and called 2-3 VW dealerships to get my code, as well as VW support, and was inconsistently told that I would have to have my vehicle scanned with their utility, and they may, or may not be able to retrieve the PIN. I used the VWCODES.ORG site in a last ditch effort even though it had mixed reviews......I got a response back within 2 hours....on a Saturday......and the code worked immediately. Saved me drive time, shop time, and $120 of "work"....THANKS!!!!!!
