Excellent Customer Service

Around 1:30 pm, Ethan followed up immediately with pictures and a video of the watch I inquired about. 20 minutes later, I had wiring instructions. The next morning, around 10:30 am, the watch was delivered to my office in Texas. The next day, Ethan called me to insure I was happy with the watch. I bought 3 Rolexes in the last 60 days. This was, by far, the best experience.

I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from Watch Guys. It was my second Rolex purchase from them this year. The service I receive from Ethan is outstanding, and the watches have been in immaculate condition. I searched other dealer prices before purchasing, and Watch Guys always has the best price.
