Had great difficulty finding someone…
Had great difficulty finding someone qualified to service my husband's watch band. Found WatchRepair.net and with great security provided by them, we shipped the watch off to them. They diagnosed some mechanical issues as well. Within a very reasonable amount of time, it was returned to us, again with respect to the value, great security was provided, and the watch and band are in great condition. We arethrilled with the service we received.

I called WatchRepair to get an estimate…
I called WatchRepair to get an estimate on my Rolex. They gave me a estimate, mailed me the shipping packages with very clear instructions on shipping my Rolex. Two days after receiving my Rolex, I was given a final estimate, and explanation on how long it would take to totally complete their work. Everything went exactly as explained, and I was given a heads up that my watch was on the way home with an extra precaution of a tracking device in the package. Really neat, I was able to track the device, and thru UPS. It was a pleasure doing business with this group, and I would highly recommend it. Thanks again.
Custom Daytona
I have a custom, skeletonized Daytona. It suddenly stopped working. The group that built the watch is no longer in business. The factory won't touch it. I was fortunate enough to find WatchRepair.net. I sent my watch for repair and am pleased to have it back in working order and looking great. Jeff kept me apprised throughout the process. The watchmaker exhibited both incredible skill and patience in working on my watch and bringing it back to life. I would highly recommend Jeff and his entire team.
An Omega chronometer is not a watch
An Omega chronometer is not a watch. It is a finely engineered time piece. I have three that range from 20 to 50 years of age. Eventually all watches need maintenance to continue to operate properly. Only a certified watch repair technician has the skill to maintain and service these finely micro-engineered mechanisms. There is no one that I trust more than the team at WatchRepair.net. Their care begins before they receive the watch. They send a sturdy Pelican case with a gps tracker to ensure you watch arrives safely. Their expertise took three Omegas that ceased to function and restored them to chronometer precision. I recommend them to anyone that appreciates fine automatic or manual time pieces.
Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. WatchRepair.net took great care of my dead Omega Constellation Chronograph (Double Eagle). Jeff helped me out with a unique situation. The watch they returned looked just as good as the day I bought it back in 2000. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

I just want to say that Marc and the staff at watchrepair.net are absolutely great to deal with and did an outstanding job with a complete service and overhaul of my Tudor Submariner Oysterdate 75090. Communication was always on point from first contact, estimate, work and delivery to and from their facility. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. The added security of shipping in a secure pelican case with a GPS tracker keeps your mind at ease security and safe shipping wise. My Submariner came back in perfect working order condition! Restoring My President Bracelet
I trusted Jeff and his team again to restore the bracelet on my new (to me) 30 year old President and retime the movement. As Jeff described, the bracelet looks like new! The slack/flex is totally gone and when holding the bracelet at the base and bringing the bracelet and case to horizontal it is straight! Previously there was quite a bit of flex. I had high expectations after my first experience with WatchRepair.net for this restoral and I was not disappointed at all! All else about the process worked flawlessly. Vintage Rolex Watch Restoration
I came upon WatchRepair.net while looking for someone to service my 44 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which I acquired in my travels while serving in the U.S. Navy. I was a bit worried about sending my watch to a Master Timekeeper that I found on the internet; however, after talking with members of the team, they assured me that I would receive unsurpassed service, safe shipping and return of my watch…and they delivered! They were professional, courteous and very helpful in walking me through the process. I received my watch after several weeks and was blown away when I opened the return package. These folks did the job
These folks did the "lube job, tire rotation, and alignment" on the Rolexes owned by my wife and me. Mine hadn't been touched inside since 1981. The result was superior.
