Great CX catching mistake on my order

When i ordered the rowing machine (my second from WaterRower) I added “risers” but mistakenly chose metal instead of wood; the company called the next day to see if i had intended this, and then corrected the order before sending out. Thanks, and nice catch! (Excuse the pun)

Good product

The rower was delivered promptly (and placed up 12 steps and inside the building lobby). The unit was easy to assemble and has worked smoothly over the first few weeks. I like the monitor simplicity that allows me to compare my workouts with my prior performances that I record on a spreadsheet. I have no need to compete in calibrated workouts with remote rowers around the world. The rower sits nicely in a living room alcove and blends with our other furniture.

The new control unit was received yesterday. Unfortunately, it has the same symptoms as the original unit

Beautiful, quality, rower.

I chose WaterRower after visiting their website. Their comprehensive website gave me a ton of information about their equipment and answered all the questions I had. They offer videos and tutorials for using their equipment and their customer service was excellent. I live in a small apartment, and the WaterRower is quiet, stores upright and is beautifully designed.

Good quick response,

Tremendous customer service and a truly outstanding product.

Keep up the good work!

The staff at WaterRower are always helpful and answer my questions. The order process is very easy to follow. The only downside is the cost of shipping--it seems to be high. Other than that, I use my WaterRower every day. Two thumbs way up--keep up the good work.

Rower has been fantastic

Rower has been fantastic. It's a great full body work out! Only complaint i have is that i wish it came fully assembled, lol. That aside it's actually easy to put together and use. :)

Met and exceeded all expectations

Everything showed up when it was supposed to free of damage. Was easy to assemble. My wife didn’t want me to buy it because she thought it would make our basement look like a gym . The waterrower looks more like a piece of nice furniture, she was more than pleased! Really love the convenience of at home exercise before work. The only downside is that soon I will need to buy all new pants with smaller waist measurements! Would recommend this rower to anybody in the market for one!

WOW!

What a great rower! I really started to use rowers when I joined Orange Theory. I decided to give it a go at home. This rower is perfect! It's sturdy, powerful, and beautiful. I also love that you can store it upright. If you're afraid you'll get bored with rowing, there are some great YouTube videos that give you ways to maximize your rowing workout. Thank you WaterRower.com!

Beautiful product

Beautiful product, fast shipping, easy assembly, all cardboard packaging (yay environment!)

I love the action of the rowing…

I love the action of the rowing experience but I'm sure other manufacturers have quality action. What differentiates your equipment is the furniture quality wood and the ease of lifting and rolling against a wall for storage.

Great

I love the small company vibe and the ability to speak to your team directly. Very pleased and will recommend others who are interested purchase directly from the company once they know what model they like.

Pls listen to VOC

I asked whether the shipment could be delayed for one or two days after purchasing the unit since we may be not at home but received a response that it was expected next day (Tuesday) Actually, it was sent at the same day (Monday) so the shipment was delivered even earlier. I understood you may need to send it off on time but the results were even worse. In addition, as customers register the unit, you should automatically enroll your customers in your free purification tablet problem. I do not understand why you have to ask your customers to do two things separately.

Great product for a great workout!

Exactly what I expected

Exactly what I expected. Purchase process was seamless and I was updated on the progress of my order from confirmation to shipment. The rower arrived undamaged and assembly was straight forward and completed quickly. The rower itself is great. I've been using it every other day since it first arrived. I haven't used any other ERGs for year's so I can't compare the rowing experience. I can say it's quieter than my elliptical and the sound of the water in the drum is pretty therapeutic. Also love that this is really low impact on the joints. I recently injured my foot so runs and long walks are on hold but rowing doesn't aggravate the injury. The only two negative aspects I have are that the included syphon is horrible, and I wish it was bluetooth enabled without having to purchase additional components.

Very responsive

Very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I called and spoke to a real person.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. We'll made product. Easy to assemble

Quality product from box to assembly to rowing

From box to rowing. The box and the packaging of the rower was perfect. The parts packing opened without a knife. All parts were well packaged. Assembly. The best and easiest assembly of any product I bought in 67 years. All parts fit perfect and the assembly took minutes not hours. The rower is what I expected after doing research and it works like a well oiled machine. The rower looks like a piece of quality furniture. It blows all other so called rowers out of the water. The others are huge, bulky and take up too much space. The only drawback (have to as to not drool over it) is the siphon pump. It could be better to match the quality of the rower but its not like you fill it with water every day/week/month. The rower glides so easy but yet has ample resistance to accomplish the workout. Very glad I bought this unit.
