Rude, difficult and horrendous to deal with. I run a very successful (multi-million $) global fashion brand and have used Waylfer fairly seamlessly in the past to help our growth project. Historically, the experience has been good, but as our revenues grew and our account managers changed, we then ended up with rude, obnoxious staff who seemed to do everything they could to NOT lend us money, despite huge profits and earnings from our business. We provided EASY money and profit for Wayflyer, but their senior management team couldn't care less. When I raised a complaint about our poor account management, it was met with a stiff hand and rebuke, saying we were in the wrong and our claims were unfounded, despite clear email trails showing rude and dismissive staff. Used to be okay, but now so very poor. Avoid. There are better options in the market.
Very bad experience with this company! Their team is in Ireland, so if you need any real information expect to wait at least 3 business days. Staff is rude, unhelpful and will completely lie about not making withdrawals and then THREE withdrawals are planned for my account the very next day. This would not be an issue if they did not lie about this.
