Nowhere does it state that the parts come from China. While the payment is immediately debited from your account, you have no idea where the parts are. The shipping information states “in transit.” I would recommend to NOT buy from that outfit. Typical Chinese gangsters!

Worst experience possible. Bought two sets of new RayCors and paid $780.00 for 3-day shipping. One of the RayCors shows up 2 weeks later. Another two weeks have gone by and the 2nd set of RayCors has STILL not been delivered. If you want bad after-sale service….and little chance you will get what you ordered….use WDParts. If you want good service….and a high probability you will get what you ordered…..use ANYONE else.
