Ordered oil temperature sensor for 873 bobcat skidsteer when I went to change it out where it threads into the engine block the threads on thr sensor were too big.

Paid for express shipping and still did not get my item. slow service and bad customer response and no phone number. It's coming from China. I asked for a refund for my order and sent an email canceling the order but they still shippied it! Do not recommend this seller/company. Bad service! Stay away!

I can not get the controller to work for my application. You have no techinical support in the US. I did get one Email answer with no help. You sell the product but can not back it up with technical support.

Do not order if you actually need the part in a timely fashion

Placed an order on July 28th for 7-10 day shipping. What they didn't mention was that it was going to take them 7-10 days just to send out the part. Label had been created for days but they never gave my order to UPS. Took over 24 hours for them to respond and was told that it was not going to be sent out until the 10th. Would not have used them if I knew they were going to lie about the shipping time

I give the time in transit 3 stars because it took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The product is exactly like the original one but I'm still getting a code on the ECU that says " the exhaust gas temperature " has no connection. I'm working for 3 days on the car and I'll write another review when I have tested it thoroughly.

Cannot contact anyone, fake AI messages say everything from delivered ,to you will probably get it today. Paid to get 3-5 day shipping and just got message on fifth day that a label has been created. I have a snow removal backhoe that won’t get the part needed by the huge storm 12”-24” predicted.I’m using 2stars because I want people to know and read.company does not have humans. Use amazon
