This is the second time we have used your services. Naeem and crew did such a great job on the garage we had them back again to clean the shed. Turns out the mice got into it over the winter and it was a dirty job. They provided advance notification on their arrival time, had a can do attitude and we were satisfied with the work they did. I would suggest the owner be available to show them what to keep, throw away, donate whatever. They bagged it, we took it to the dump/ recycle center. Items we were keeping were replaced in the garage/shed in a clean and organized manner. Again they were processional, had a can do attitude, worked in an efficient and productive manner to complete the project. Would definitely recommend.

I would say overall we give this service C+/B- at best. First off, the team was supposed to arrive between 11 am - 1 PM and they arrived at 1:40 PM. They were very pleasant, introduced themselves and got right to work. While the Diamond package states that all things on the garage floor will be removed, they were not…..if I hadn’t asked to have a cabinet and shelving moved (we provided the sliders) I don’t think they would have cleaned behind and under there. There were other cabinets on wheels which I don’t think were ever moved for cleaning. I don’t think anything was bleached which is OK except that the stains I was hoping would be removed by the pressure washer remain. They really needed to use some type of detergent or other cleaner on the floor. They did neaten up my husband’s workbench but after they left, I had to clean much of the shelving as they didn’t remove anything or sweep it. I also had to ask them to clean out the garbage tote, which is supposed to be part of the Diamond package. It also mentions contractor trash bags but all they had with them were cheap kitchen trash bags. Were we supposed to receive the contractor trash bags? Maybe my expectations were too high, but we were disappointed with the result, although it IS cleaner than it was.
The team did a perfect job along with a gray can do attitude.
The day prior to showing up I receive a message they need to cancel because of weather and labor disputes. This was in January, as of today I am still waiting on the $199.50 deposit I paid to be refunded back to me. Mr Solomon Petersen IV said they were having problems with their credit card processing. I have reached out with no response. I am waiting for a response from Thumbtack.
Showed up high with a dog. Did not move everything. After they left I found items shoved and hidden all over. Did not organize “like with like” as advertised. After they left started to move some things to find dirt, trash, and bugs all over. They just swept around when they were to “remove everything from the garage” to clean. Owner not responsive. Money stollen.

We were in communication with you, and we offered to return before the end of the year at no additional cost, with a different team, to address any concerns. We also have before-and-after photos documenting the work completed. For that reason, it is not accurate to say the owner was unresponsive. We made efforts to resolve the matter, even though no complaint was raised on the day of service and payment was made in full. Later, you advised that you were selling the home, which affected the opportunity for a follow-up visit. I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent—setting up and changing my appointment was a breeze—and the cleaning crew themselves did a great job. However, I’m giving three stars because my outdoor freezer and fridge were left unplugged after being moved for cleaning. Unfortunately, I had to throw away all of the food as everything had defrosted. Aside from that one major oversight, it was a great experience.
They never showed up, rescheduled twice, then canceled. Absolute joke of a company and I better get my refund or else I'm reporting fraud to my credit card company.
They did excellent job on my garage. I would rehire them in a second if I need to clean and reorganize my garage. Thank you

I was excited when I found someone to help me surprise a realitive for their birthday. Owner kept canceling and rescheduling booking. I finally requested for deposit to be return? Here I am, a month later and still have not received my money nor the services.

I hired this company to clean and organize my garage. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I was completely educated about the process and I received timely updates the entire time. The 2 person team arrived on time, were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned and organized my entire garage. They set items aside that I no longer wanted and put the rest of the items back in such an organized way that I would've never thought to do. Everything was so neat and clean, including the garage shelves. This was money well spent and I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.
