Great product and customer service
Great product and customer service. We ordered two medicine cabinets with built-in lighting from their website, one of which turned out to be back ordered. Wellfor was very communitive and reached out to me via phone and email to let me know about the delay and give an update on delivery. At delivery both mirrors looked great, super happy build quality. Initially, we were a little disappointed that the built-in light was not strong enough to brightly light up a bathroom on its own but honestly I find myself preferring the softer lighting it does gives off.

Amazing Customer Service
Pricing through Wellfor was better than at local big-box store and free shipping! Product was very well packaged but unfortunately I had to return it. Wellfor’s customer Service was wonderful! They provided a refund immediately after receiving the item back. I would not hesitate to shop with Wellfor.

Great Customer Service
I had ordered a shower system last Sept or Oct 2025 for a shower redo. Due to unforeseen medical issues we had to put the job on hold. The product was still sealed and Wellfor graciously accepted the return in April 2026
There were issues with the refund to the credit card.
The Customer Service team worked very hard to figure out a way to refund my money. All is resolved and their Customer Service is top notch!!!! Thank to all who made it happen.

I purchased the Wellfor wall mounted…
I purchased the Wellfor wall mounted faucets and they look great in my master bathroom. However, I did experience an issue with cartridge 3 years later and the model had been discontinued. However, the service team was professional and helpful and was able to still provide me with a no charge replacement to resolve the issue. Good experience.

I accidentally broke off a handle on my Wellfor shower (my fault, not the product's fault). Great service
We ordered a tub and while it was being shipped the plumber said the tub would not work with a side drain, we needed a center drain. Customer service re routed the tub for a return while we ordered the correct tub. They were a great help because we were out of town and a mitigation company was working on our house after a flood.
