Amazing after purchase support

Wellfor not only sells great products, its customer service FAR exceeded my expectations. In this day and age, getting any support after purchase is like pulling teeth with most vendors. I purchased a medicine cabinet a year ago from Wellfor and it was just what we expected - great looking with great features. Recently the glue on one of the door hinges came off the mirror and I emailed them to ask how to glue it back on. Not only did I get a response right away, after some email exchanges, they sent me a new door at no charge! This blew me away. Wellfor is doing business the right way, and I wish them great success.

My Great Medicine Cabinet Experience

My experience was great! I purchased 2 beautiful Wellfor medicine cabinets both with lights and mirrors inside and out (a 48"x30" and a 36"x 30") and had them installed in my master bathroom that was fully renovated. There was just one matter where there was a closure missing to one of the cabinet door hinges. However fortunately, customer service expeditiously sent a closure to me in the mail and now everything is all properly functional. I love my cabinets! They surely enhance my bathroom! Even my sister expressed how much she wants to have the same cabinets for her bathroom! Thank you, Wellfor!

Appreciate your request for transparency and honesty. Product came packaged bulletproof +. Bravo. Finally found a product that seems to actually be damage free (inspectors did their jobs). The attention to quality in hardware is excellent. The wood is stout. There does seem to be a slight wider gap at top/front of mirrored door “front” meaning opposite end from hinged end, though the door is aligned vertically perfectly with opposing edges when hung. The only thing that makes sense therefore is perhaps a slight dimension/cut mis-calibration? It’s possible 1/8” gradually widening from hinge end to front (opening end of door). Fortunately my ever so detailed perfectionist wife didn’t seem to notice as I was certain she would (after it was hung). The gap between the hinged side and the cabinet, running vertically and the front (opening side) of door is exactly aligned and consistent top to bottom. Mirrors seem high quality. Delivery time was adequate, considering it was free.

I haven't installed the mirrors yet, but so far this looks like a good company - everyone I dealt with was helpful and honest and seemed to want to do a good job.

Shipping was fast and product was well packed. However, the shower head is leaking around the “knuckle” / pivot point. Has not been used much as it is part of a remodel so I am hoping once it is in daily use it stops.

High quality, but with several flaws

The website does not have detailed installation instructions. In fact, the 28 inch wide cabinet wasn’t even listed as an option. The included instructions in the box or detailed though. I also don’t understand why a relatively small cabinet has to come is two separate units that are screwed together And the blocks that are used to hold together. The screw hole on the inside of the cabinet is so close to the back wall that it’s very difficult to get a screwdriver in your hand in there to screw the screws in which should be machine screws in the first place. It’s very difficult not to strip the screw head out because you have to apply so much torque to cut the threads Just simply moving the screw holes and the block a little bit narrower would help greatly other than this I found the quality to be quite high and being made out of aluminum. It will last a lifetime.

Perfect medicine cabinets

These medicine cabinets are outstanding. The quality and craftsmanship really set these apart from the competition. The pricing was decent too! Others we looked at were at or above their price and were not made as well. The interiors are mirrored, and a side mirror kit was included (other brands charged a separate fee).

Great Quality & Classic Look

I purchased the 44" x 30" mirror and had it installed professionally above a 48" vanity. Mirror was shipped in three boxes and arrived in perfect condition. I had this recessed mount and it looks just as I had hoped - classic, clean, and incredibly well made. My contractor was impressed with the quality and said installation was very straightforward. This mirror will provide ample storage and I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase.
