While pausing a subscription prevents future recurring shipments, it does not cancel an order that has already been generated for processing. To help customers manage their subscriptions, we send three reminder notifications beginning three days before the renewal is processed, providing ample opportunity to make changes or cancel before the order is finalized. For urgent cancellation requests, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team by phone, as this provides the best opportunity to stop an order before it ships. By the time we received your email requesting cancellation, the order had already been processed and was in the shipping carrier's possession. Unfortunately, once an order has reached that stage, we are no longer able to cancel or recall it. Our website also clearly states that all orders ship free of charge and have an estimated delivery time of 6–8 business days. While we understand your frustration, we believe it is important to clarify the timeline and the subscription process for anyone reading your review. We remain committed to being transparent with our policies and providing customers with multiple opportunities to manage their subscriptions before orders are processed.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 3–8 business days, and while we always work to get orders out as quickly as possible, occasional carrier delays can impact arrival times. Our team also reached out on July 28 with an update regarding a delay within the USPS network. We always strive to keep our customers informed and provide support whenever an issue arises. We are able to offer free shipping on all orders by utilizing carriers such as USPS, which helps us provide this benefit to our customers. From time to time, delivery timelines may be affected by factors such as weather, transportation delays, or other carrier-related circumstances.
