I like this company!
They have the OTC meds I use on a daily basis and they are a WAY better price. Delivery is always relatively quick and well packaged, and they offer different options. I would easily recommend them to anyone.

Confusion
Got an email from you telling me my order was delivered. It was not. Your customer service representative insisted it was delivered. I finally got her to send a duplicate order. The next day, my order was delivered. Day after: duplicate order. I refused delivery. A lot of trouble for a simple order.

We did notice you did not reach out to customer service to notify them of this issue, we do ask you email customer service with a photo of the item as well as photo of the lot number. This ensures they can better assist you as well as have a bin check preformed. Thank you
