Customers frequently complained about extremely poor product quality, receiving cheap synthetic materials instead of the advertised natural fabrics and detailed embroidery. Many consumers also experienced significant delivery delays, noting that orders shipped very slowly from overseas rather than arriving quickly from local warehouses as initially promised. Reviewers additionally expressed genuine excitement regarding the visually attractive online appearance and vibrant patterns of the unique garments available on the site.

What people say

The quality of the shirts is very poor

The quality of the shirts is very poor. I swear one is made of old drapes. But most importantly this is NOT an America. Company even though they say it is made in the U.s. and shipped from Philadelphia. They write a long story that is all BS about their history. It is a Chinese company and the product is not good.

4th of July 250th clothing collection---Terrible Quality

I ordered an 4th of July style shirt from their 250th American collection. In the website pictures, the shirt appears to be beaded and beautiful. The actual product came today and it is ridiculous. It is a flimsy type of material with a design stamped on it. The collar is not sewn properly, it does not lay flat on my shoulder. This screams SHEIN to me, but the website says "Proudly made in the USA". The shipping took a long time. I received an email on June 8 that it had been shipped. The tracking info never worked. It said it was shipped UPS but when I put the tracking info into the UPS tracker, it said the shipper had not contacted them yet. It did arrive today (June 18) from USPS. There is no packing slip. In order to return the items, I have to send an e-mail to the company and wait for a response. I have only 14 days to send the return back, which is no problem--unless of course I do not hear back with instructions to return it within that time frame. I gave 2 stars becasue if they company refunds my money, I will be OK. Otherwise, it will be a zero star for me. I'm already warning others of the quality---I will not be ordering again.

More round neck shirts for older ladies…

I just ordered my 250th anniversary shirt today. I can't wait to get it. Your ladies shirts are lovely but being in my late 70's I would like to see more of the round collar shirts. The deep v-neck are pretty but we old girls no longer have what we need for v-neck shirts.
