We waited almost 2 hours for the…
We waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle to take us to the port and we waited over 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to take us from the port to the garage. They said 45 mins wait on their website. We called and they told us the shuttle was 8 mins away and it was another 45 mins. When we called back they stopped answering the phone number we originally called from so we had to call from a different phone number to get them to answer. Terrible Customer Service Policy if you ask me. Other Shuttle services leaving the port came and went 8 times in the time we waited for 1 shuttle. Also we checked in when we arrived in the parking garage and got the sticker. While on our cruise (where we had limited service) we got a text message threatening to tow our car because we never checked in. Seems like the system they have is antiquated. Didn't need the worry of our car being towed when we paid and checked in per their instructions and followed all their steps. Added stress to our vacation that was very unnecessary. The only nice thing I can say is the shuttle drivers were nice and friendly.
We were moved from our original parking lot to the Omni Center parking garage. I was quoted an$84.00 4day parking and was charged $307.00 by Omni parking. I have emailed receipts and quotes for review. I was told my parking went thru a third party and nothing will be refunded ! Never book WePark again!

Very close to ports and the driver was…
Very close to ports and the driver was great! He worked hard to load luggage and drive through the heavy traffic. He was a safe and courteous driver. Highly recommend this parking service!
The staff does not communicate effectively and often provides inadequate information. We paid for our own transportation to and from the cruise port, because they do NOT have enough shuttles to transport all passengers. I would NOT recommend this company.

Don’t waste your time go somewhere else
We were waiting for over two hours at the airport There was no driver. We had a kid with us. It was torture. we ended up having to take an Uber and every time we call nobody answer the phone. One of the workers at the airport was able to contact them and they keep telling us that they were trying to find a driver the person at the front wouldn’t even speak English how can you work for tourism and not speak English in the USA . This one, not only our experience. This was everyone on that day not a single person was not upset. This company needs some serious work.
Horrible planning no one spoke English had to take a Uber due to horrible planning

The online reservation process is quick and easy. All of the necessary details such as locations, services available, timing and their procedures are noted. Though the current location in Miami is temporary, it is also noted that any changes will be communicated accordingly.
Most seamless part of embarkation disembarkation in port of Miami
I have been on several cruises out of Miami and I hear so many people say " I hate the port of Miami" using weparkinmiami has always been the most seamless in and out of every cruise we have ever been on. I highly recommend hands down the most convenient stress free part of embarking and disembark of every cruise every time.
It was a great service and very convenient.
I will use it again but the information on the email confirmation wasn't 100% accurate. It ended being not a big deal, they took us to the port and that's what mattered

Nobody likes when prices increase!! This went up 15.00 more from last year. But other then that we have had nothing but a good experience with this company and transportation is excellent.... Thank you for providing this service and keeping our property safe.
