What people say
Unorganized and direction not clear
Unorganized and direction not clear, call multiple times no answer , if your in a rush don’t used them, shuttle services sucks!
The booking was very confusing
The booking was very confusing. The self up was even more confusing . The guy wasn't very helpful. The wait was really long. We decided to just uber back.
Great option
Everything was great , but the waiting time for the van at the port was too long, specially now that it’s getting really hot Other than that great service , location etc
We always receive (5) Star Service
Every time I park here I feel like I’m…
Every time I park here I feel like I’m parking at the home of a relative or close friend.
The shuttle service was horrible
The shuttle service was horrible. The drop off to the port needs to be better. We were never picked up from the port. We had to get an Uber. We will NEVER use this company again. And we will let everyone that will listen to steer clear of your company.
I have used them 3 times now and are…
I have used them 3 times now and are very kind and honest and will get you to the port very quick.
Parking good. Shuttle bad.
The parking (lot) was fine. The process and shuttle was very disorganized. The return shuttle was a disaster. 25+ people standing in the hot sun at mid-day waiting for the shuttle for up to two hours (depending on what time you got out of the ship).
If I could give zero stars…
If I could give zero stars it would still be too much. Third time booking and all have been a mess so shame on us, I know. I thought I would give it another try and it will definitely be our last. This last time was beyond a nightmare. Every time we book they change parking garages so it’s always confusing finding it. This last one had no signs and several entrances so that was a mess. Finally found one and an attendant told us to go around the corner and use a different one. They tell you in the email what floors to go to and to park in 2 color zones. Well those colors didn’t exist and confused may of us passengers. We go to the bottom floor and check in with a person in a chair with an iPad and stand behind our sign. There were about 4 cruise lines waiting. After an HOUR AND A HALF, only 3 shuttles came and they filled ALL OF THEM with Carnival. When the 20 of us waiting ask what’s going on we are told that they will only be boarding Carnival because they leave port before us and that all other ships will be last! What?! When you make the reservation they ask what time you will be there and one would think they would staff accordingly. We got there at 10:00 for an 11:00 boarding and had 1:00 dining reservations. We didn’t get on a shuttle for almost 3 hours and it was another 45 mins to our terminal. Driver was nice but was texting and FaceTiming during our drive. He also made his own turn lanes and cut people off and almost ran them off the road a few times. After check-in we were on the ship at almost 3:00. Not only did we miss out reservation but restaurant was closed, buffet was closing, so we had to eat a deli sandwich. We missed almost the entire day as we had to unpack luggage and get ready for dinner. Porters were telling us to use premier and next time we will use them or pay the high cost at the terminal which we had done before and it was SOO easy (just very expensive at $35 a day). Pickup was about an hour too. They never gave us a paper or told us where to go like the email said. Thank goodness for the porters directing us and creating order with the lines. Drop off and have to wait 20 minutes in line for the elevator because it only fits a few people and their luggage. Oh guess what? It dropped us off at the color zone we were supposed to be at. Everyone was lost until I figured out we had to roll our suitcases down the 7th level it brought us to and go to a whole different elevator and go to 7 on that elevator which brought us to our colored zone. Wow. Never. Again.
1 hour wait in port pick up area
1 hour wait in port pick up area, on Feb 2nd, 37 degrees. Driver argued with other passengers all the way to the parking garage.
Everything went exactly to plan
Everything went exactly to plan. We found a lot checked in was told to level nine, we parked, grabbed our luggage, took the elevator back down and checked in the van was waiting on our return. We had our luggage walked across the street and the van was loading up. Timing was perfect. It was a excellent way to park when taking a cruise.
Worst parking experience ever
I rated this company a one only because I couldn’t leave a zero. I booked parking through Rightway Parking Miami for a cruise. Had I known how awful this company was I would not have used them. After my family and I arrived back in port from our Christmas cruise we along with other passengers who booked with this company were left stranded after multiple attempts to get transportation back to our vehicle. We waited for about 2 hours and still no one showed up. Repeated phone calls were made to the number provided. Either we got no answer or a voice mail that was full. On occasion someone would answer and say they were on the way. We ended up taking an Uber which arrived within 10 min and drove us back to the parking garage to retrieve our car. This altogether took no more than 30 minutes. Once we arrived at the garage the same gentleman that checked us in before we left was there. We tried to speak with him about the awful experience we had. He directed us to a young lady that was in charge. She stated that they have multiple vans as matter of fact “a 36 passenger van”. That is constantly transporting people from the port. She then said she wasn’t sure why they didn’t pick us up and that transportation was not guaranteed. Had I known this I would not have booked with them. Also I made my reservation in August for a December cruise. I had a change in vehicle tag since I made the reservation. I called the number from the email I received with the reservation, I was told they couldn’t change it in the system that she would have to cancel and rebook under the new tag number. Of course the rate had increased. I was told I should receive a refund for the other reservation. Needless to say I returned from my cruise and no refund. I would in no way recommend this company.
Very nice experience all around
Very nice experience all around. Omni garage was easily located and directional signage and instructions followed easily. Van was ready for pickup and short ride to terminal for ship. Same great experience on return as van pulled up as we got to pick up site. Thanks again as well use in future. #stevensleavin
This is the most disorganized Parking…
This is the most disorganized Parking Facility for Cruise Parking. First we were given directions to a totally different facility at 610 NW 1st Court. When we arrived we were told that we were at the wrong garage and were redirected to Sea Isle Marina at 1634 North Bayshore Drive Miami 33132. When we arrived at that facility it was total Kaos. There were dozens of passengers waiting to be transported to the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal. There was no one at the ticket machine to direct us. It was only after 5 minutes of standing at the gate that I saw a sign posted on the machine directing me to take a ticket and to go to the 8th Floor or above and park in any available space. There were no empty spaces, we had to wait for a group of seniors to load into their car and get their bearings until we were able to take their spot. We then went back downstairs to join the Kaos of the ever increasing crowd of disoriented passengers. By asking other confused passengers we deduced that there was some type of check in system. There was a totally confused woman attempting to manage a laptop that appeared she had never used before. After about 15-20 minutes of standing in line another harried young lady appeared and started to assist in the process. When it was our turn we were told that we had to pay an additional $30.00, as the agency that we had booked the reservation through Park and Cruise LLC Port of Miami Parking had only paid them for three days instead of 5. How this was my problem? I cannot figure out, but she was very adamant that I had to pay for the two days that they had been shorted. She assured me that I would receive a receipt via text and I could reclaim the money I paid from the original booking agency. At the time of this writing 9 days later I still have not received any receipt for the $30 which they insisted had to be in cash. Okay once we were "checked in " we were directed to one of four lines and told that a shuttle would be picking us up shortly. After about another 15-20 minutes of waiting, an argument ensued amongst the drivers who were being directed by one driver who obviously knew nothing but insisted that he was in charge. We were told to follow our group and when we got to one of the shuttles the bossy guy told us that we were at the wrong shuttle. We then just waited on the curb and tried to find out from three different drivers which was the correct shuttle to get on. Finally, a Dominican fellow (I don't remember his name) asked us to follow him and identify our luggage and board to his shuttle. We were stuffed sardine style into the shuttle as they could not leave until the shuttle was completely full. At this time we were two hours into this endeavor, luckily we had allotted ourselves a lot of extra time otherwise, I believe we would have missed our boarding. We were then taken to Terminal AA and given a piece of yellow paper with instructions on how to board the shuttle on our return trip. I gave two stars because of our driver who happened to be the same guy that picked us up on the return trip. When he dropped us off he said someone would be at the exit to assist us in our departure, When we got to the exit of course no one was there. I put the ticket in the machine and it asked me to pay $246.00. I pressed the help button and prayed that someone would answer. Fortunately they did they told me that I was at the wrong exit and gave me directions to the correct one. Finally, I got to the exit and there was a teenager there who asked me for my sticker. I informed her that I had not been given any sticker and after a brief back and forth she relented and opened the gate. I asked her if she had a phone number I could call to inquire about my $30 receipt and she stated that she did not know. Going forward I would never park at this facility again, nor would I recommend that anyone do so either.
Do not use
Like I said on my past submission. I reserved for 2 cars to park at your location. Like My post before it was horrible and will Probably never use your service again, which sucks cause we have been using you for years. I should dispute both transactions for our stay since it was completely unprofessional on your company and staff.
Disappointed
It was very disorganized. There were not enough parking attendance to help check all the people in for all the various cruise lines that were at the parking garage that particular day we were forced to take a taxi because we got there at 10:00 AM and at 12 o’clock we were still waiting in the parking lot. We didn’t get to our cruise ship until 1 o’clock. Our board time was 1130. On the return trip the wait was approximately a half an hour, which was appropriate for a pick up at the terminal.
Good environment
Very bad experience, never again!
When we arrived at original location we were told to go down to another location to park, which was very hard to find. Upon arriving there we had to park on open floors and then had to work our way to the lower floor. After checking in we had to stand in line for over a half hour before we were allowed to board a shuttle. The driver was nice(+). That wasn't the worse part, it was when we tried to get back to the parking area. Very hard to find the van, stood out and waited and we waited made 4 phone call before we got to talk with someone to get a ride. It took from 8:00 to about 11:30 to when we left the garage. Needless to say it was the worse experience we have ever had (been on about 40 Cruises). I don't want to completely negative so the only positive about using this site was the drivers going both ways were VERY nice and helpful.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! This company was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The parking address changed last minute, and there were NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on where to park in a shared garage. We luckily avoided being TOWED only because an employee happened to walk by as we were completely unloaded. I’m certain others weren’t so lucky. They prioritize their two 8-passenger vans for guests departing to the port while allowing overlapping and OVERBOOKED reservations they clearly do not have the capacity to handle, causing some to miss their check in and leaving returning customers STRANDED. Everyone from our cruise were left waiting over 2 hours and had to PAY for UBER or TAXI back instead of using the shuttle they ALREADY PAID for. Employees were openly arguing about how to line people up instead of being organized. No apologies, no solutions..once they had your money, THEY DO NOT CARE. Staff appeared poorly trained and overwhelmed. They also handle luggage carelessly, overpack vans, drop bags, and still expect tips for subpar service. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere or at your cruise lines terminal.
