Great company to deal with
Sam Robertson was a pleasure to deal with, he answered my many questions! This was our first time shipping a vehicle from North Carolina to New York and the experience was very positive. The original quote was less than the actual cost, but the vehicle was delivered on time! We would definitely use We Pro Auto Transport again.

I had an excellent experience with Samuel Robertson at Weport Auto Transport. He helped set me up with a fantastic transportation company to get my car from Houston to Austin. Samuel was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, walking me through every step to ensure my car arrived safely. The whole process was completed the same day at an amazing rate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you need help with car transport, I highly recommend Samuel and Weport Auto Transport. Absolutely amazing service!

We appreciate you leaving a 5-star rating. We tried our best to make it as seamless as possible. Hope to work with you in the future!
I moved my car from CA to FL and was on a tight timeline. I did enclosed transport. I had an awesome experience with WePro AutoTransport through the entire process. They quoted me a guaranteed pick up date and that date never changed. The driver showed up and loaded my vehicle in under 20 minutes. Maybe it’s luck of the draw since the truck is separate from WePro AutoTransport but my experience was the same as when I’ve used one of the more expensive carriers. I saved over $1000 by using WePro when the carrier I normally use could not work with my timeline. WePro AutoTransport is a broker but they provided updates and kept in touch through the process. The trucking company I was assigned through WePro AutoTransport they were awesome, as well.
Whenever I saw negative reviews, I presume they are people using open transport at bottom pricing. I would use WePro AutoTransport again for enclosed transport arrangement. I hope this helps someone who is hesitant based on negative reviews.

I spoke with so many companies half of them just after the money and the Commission this company was honest from the beginning and didn’t mind paying the fee or the extra honesty is everything in business

I singed a contract with them for $1200 to transport my truck. When it’s 2 days before pick up they call me and say there is only one driver and it will be $1600 now and I needed to sing a new contract. I was born at night but not last night. This place is a scam do not give them your money.

Our quotes are estimated prices based on vehicles currently being shipped that are similar in size and type and travel similar routes to yours.
Because we are a broker, we do not set the final pricing. We do our best to have our customers' vehicles enticing enough for a carrier to want to ship. Once a carrier locates a car on the national board, they can contact us with a price offer for shipping any vehicle of ours.
When a carrier makes an offer on a shipment, it is our job to communicate that to you. Sometimes, the offers can be lower as well as higher but they are usually close to your original estimate. The carrier's offers include pickup/delivery eta and price. As the broker, we only pass that offer/information on to you, and you make the final decision. You do not have to accept any one particular offer. If the dates or rates do not fit your needs, we will just let those drivers know and keep looking for the next carrier that works better for you. We work very hard to explain this to every customer via email, website, and phone.
Moreover, I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was not that good, yet we are constantly working on improving our services.
Thanks for understanding!
